AYLIVA

Born in 1998 in Recklinghausen, AYLIVA — real name Elif Akar — grew up with Turkish roots and began writing songs as a child after learning instruments such as guitar, keyboard and violin. She first emerged on Instagram and TikTok at the end of 2020 with snippets of tracks like Deine Heimfahrt and Plastik; the song Deine Schuld, released in 2021, quickly established her within the German pop scene. Her music blends contemporary pop, R&B and urban German songcraft with spare productions, direct melodies and lyrics focused on relationships, vulnerability, emotional conflict and rebuilding. After several singles and collaborations — notably with Ali Gatie, Mero and Apache 207 — she released the albums Weißes Herz (2022), Schwarzes Herz (2023) and In Liebe (2024). Her career has also taken her to large stages, including opening slots for Alicia Keys in 2022 in Berlin and Mannheim, before embarking on her own tours. In the recent German-language pop landscape, AYLIVA occupies a position at the crossroads of intimate songwriting, R&B and the melodic codes of German rap.
