Paco Osuna

Born in Barcelona in 1974, Paco Osuna emerged on the Catalan club scene in the mid-1990s before quickly expanding his activity across Europe and to Ibiza. His work sits between techno, minimal techno and tech house, with sets and productions built on tight rhythms, percussive loops and a continuous progression that favors the movement of the mix. Both a producer and a DJ, Paco Osuna releases music on several international electronic labels, including Plus 8, and founded Mindshake in 2008 as a vehicle for his own releases and those of artists aligned with that aesthetic. Over the course of his career he has shifted from a very minimal initial approach toward a more flexible, rhythm-driven writing, while remaining clearly within a techno framework. On Ibiza, his recurring presence in the Music On environment alongside Marco Carola extends a trajectory rooted in club culture: long mixing stretches, movement between house and techno, and an ongoing dialogue with the European scene.
