Little Mix
Formed in 2011 in the UK on The X Factor, Little Mix originally brought together Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh‑Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall, before continuing as a trio after Jesy Nelson's departure in 2020. As the first group to win the show, Little Mix developed a vocal pop built on harmonies, blending dance‑pop, contemporary R&B and choruses drawn from 2010s British pop. DNA (2012) established this pop‑and‑R&B mix; Salute (2013) emphasized rhythms and urban influences; Get Weird (2015) moved toward a more direct pop; and Glory Days (2016), LM5 (2018) and Confetti (2020) extended this progression with denser production and tracks conceived for the stage. Over their career, Little Mix have collaborated with artists such as Sean Paul, Stormzy, Nicki Minaj and CNCO, while establishing themselves on arena and festival circuits in the UK, Europe and several international markets. Little Mix built their identity on balancing distinct vocal personalities with collective work, with constant attention to vocal arrangements.
