Kavinsky

Kavinsky (Vincent Belorgey) is the DJ in the red-and-white teddy jacket best known for the hypnotic electro track “Nightcall.” With that single, Kavinsky opens the opening sequence of the 2011 film Drive, starring Ryan Gosling. He began DJing long before and released his first EP, “Teddy Boy,” in 2006. Gradually noticed by the electronic scene, he opened for Daft Punk during their world tour. After the success of the Drive soundtrack, Kavinsky’s debut album “Outrun” was eagerly anticipated and finally released in February 2013 on the Record Makers label. With the album he played club nights, either solo or alongside other DJs such as Sebastian, Feadz and The Supermen.
