Exit Eden
Exit Eden is an international symphonic metal supergroup formed in 2017. The lineup brings together vocalists Anna Brunner (Germany), Clémentine Delauney (France), Marina La Torraca (Brazil) and, originally, Amanda Somerville (USA). Initially conceived as a studio project showcasing female voices from the European metal scene, Exit Eden became known with the 2017 album “Rhapsodies in Black,” which features pop and rock covers reworked in a symphonic vein—heavy guitars, orchestral arrangements and an atmosphere close to gothic metal. The performances blend power influences, more melodic passages and a strong emphasis on vocal harmonies, which remain the group’s hallmark. From 2023 the band has continued mainly as a trio around Brunner, Delauney and La Torraca, with Somerville appearing sporadically as a guest, and has been developing more original material. The 2024 album “Femmes Fatales” extends this evolution by mixing songs written for the band with new reinterpretations, while reinforcing Exit Eden’s presence on metal stages and at festivals where the project translates its studio aesthetic into a streamlined live format.
