Dirty Doering

Emerging from Berlin’s electronic scene, Dirty Doering has developed since the 2000s a career closely tied to the city’s alternative nightlife, first within the Bar 25 environment and later through Katermukke, the label he founded and which remains one of his main platforms. His productions and sets move between deep house, melodic house and techno, characterized by supple rhythms, warm basslines and progressions that favor motion over frontal impact. Dirty Doering has established himself both as a DJ and as a producer, solo and in collaboration—most notably with Niconé—while staying true to a club aesthetic shaped in Berlin. Present in the city’s clubs, at European festivals and on international stages, he extends Bar 25’s celebratory legacy with danceable, melodic electronic music designed for the long arc of the dancefloor.
