Ueberrest

Active between Switzerland and Sweden, Ueberrest develops a sound at the crossroads of hard techno, dark trance and a frontal rave aesthetic, with tense, fast productions built for the club. Signed to 44 Label Group, Ueberrest emerged at the end of 2023 with a string of EPs and releases such as R009, 44008 and 44014, which established a raw, incisive and heavily dancefloor-oriented sound. Among the most circulated tracks in the catalogue, “You know what” and “Cryptic” capture this approach well—hammered rhythms, nervous buildups and dark atmospheres without tipping into excessive ornamentation. In 2025, “Cryptic” was remixed by Kobosil as “Cryptic (Kobosil Hart Mix)”, a further waypoint in Ueberrest’s trajectory. As much DJ as producer, Ueberrest positions himself in European and international techno scenes with direct, intense and continuous sets designed for duration and the physical impact of the mix.
