Luciid

Based in Dublin, Ireland, producer and DJ Luciid is part of an electronic scene centered on electro, techno and high-tempo rave sounds. Since the second half of the 2010s, Luciid has released numerous maxis and singles aimed at the club circuit, issued by European labels specialized in underground electronic music, which has gradually led him into a party circuit where contemporary electro, breakbeat and ghetto-tech influences intersect. Luciid’s productions are marked by fast rhythms, incisive basslines, direct synthetic melodies and an energy built for the dancefloor, often shaded with acid, trance or hard-dance elements. In his DJ sets he extends this approach by blending his own tracks with a selection that moves between punchy electro, tension-driven minimal techno and more overtly rave-oriented tunes, while keeping an efficient, functional format. Present both through digital releases and club appearances, Luciid has developed a practice focused on precise sound design conceived for PA systems and the collective nocturnal experience.
