Info
On May 5, 2027, CHVRCHES land at The LCR in Norwich with their Glasgow-bred synthpop, built for big rooms but never disconnected from a more restless, nocturnal edge. As a trio, they’ve always played on that tension: clean, instant choruses over bright electronics, with just enough melancholy to keep things sharp. Expect the set to move smoothly between the early hooks that put them on the map and the darker, more alternative-pop pull of their recent era, where the synths hit harder and the mood turns more direct.
On stage, everything works as a tight three-way balance: Lauren Mayberry’s voice upfront, Iain Cook shaping the arrangements, and Martin Doherty jumping in with melodic counterpoints and vocals. It’s pop with structure, electronic with a rock heartbeat, and a show that lives on precision as much as release.
