Michel Fugain takes the stage again with ‘C’est l’histoire d’Une Belle Histoire’, a show that draws on more than fifty years of French chanson without settling for a best-of. The idea is to set in motion again a repertoire that we think we know by heart, to make it breathe differently, with that sense of togetherness and the arrangements that marked the Big Bazar era.
As the concert unfolds, the classics return, re-energized by a very direct energy and a way of storytelling that links the pieces together. ‘Une belle histoire’, ‘Fais comme l’oiseau’, ‘La fête’… songs tailor-made for the stage, between choirs, popular fervor and melodies that still grab hold. See you on February 11, 2027 at the Novum in Etterbeek, to catch Fugain again in what he does best: sharing and taking the audience along.
