On January 28, 2027 in Calgary, Men Without Hats bring their “You Can Dance If You Want” tour to the Grey Eagle, leaning into the sleek, keyboard-driven new wave that made them a staple of the early ’80s. Built around Ivan Doroschuk’s instantly recognizable hooks and that tight, repetitive pulse, the set promises a run through the band’s synth-pop sweet spot, from the breakout era of Rhythm of Youth to the more radio-shaped pop of Pop Goes the World, with the later, punchier material folding naturally into the live energy.
Joining them, Spoons add their own Canadian new wave lineage to the night.
