Andy Butler returns to take the helm of Hercules & Love Affair once again with a session that serves as a preview of his next phase. On December 15, 2026, at Sala Apolo (Barcelona), the New York-born producer and DJ will unfold that mutant-collective approach: a way of mixing and remixing identities, voices and moods without losing the club pulse.
With more than two decades of experience, Butler moves comfortably between house, techno and disco, with the same natural ease with which the project has crossed acid house, synth-pop and Hi-NRG nods. In his sets, you can hear the melodic elegance of his beginnings and, suddenly, a colder or moodier twist, almost post-punk. The touchstone remains the track: tension, release and long buildups, with room for classics like ‘Blind,’ the track that ultimately cemented Hercules & Love Affair's name in the global conversation.
