Sylvie Vartan returns to the stage on April 18, 2027 in Metz, at the Metz Congrès Robert Schuman, with “Ma Vie en Chanson, avec Vous…”. An opportunity to rediscover a voice and repertoire that have accompanied several decades of French pop, from the yé-yé explosion of the early 1960s to the broader orchestrations of the 70s and 80s, without losing that taste for rhythm, rock ’n’ roll and melodies that hit the mark. Born in Bulgaria and arriving in Paris as a child, Vartan established herself very early with “Panne d’essence”, then followed with titles that marked variety music and television: “La plus belle pour aller danser”, “Comme un garçon”, “La Maritza”, “2 min 35 de bonheur”, “Irrésistiblement”. On stage, she moves between hits, more intimate songs and the energy of music-hall, with this sense of the refrain and of interpretation that traverses time. A concert conceived as a sharing, between collective memories and a present that is very much alive.
