I almost called this show “Pleasure.” Then I figured the only pleasures people would think of with such a title would be those off-limits to under‑18s. And since, for financial reasons, I want under‑18s to be able to attend my show, I called it “Delicious.” In an hour and a quarter, I will try to unravel the complexity of what triggers pleasure in human beings.
