La Yegros

A leading figure of nu-cumbia, La Yegros brings her rhythms from Argentina’s northeast blended with global electronica. On May 22, 2027, at La Belle Électrique in Grenoble, she presents HAZ, an album released in 2024 where her 2.0 folk meets reggae, ska and electro. On stage, her tracks “Viene de Mi” and “Chicha Roja” sit alongside the new songs, between direct vocals, incisive synths and Latin percussion.

Born in Buenos Aires and nourished by Misiones, La Yegros has made her mark with “Viene de mí,” “Magnetismo” and “Suelta.” HAZ continues the exploration: cumbia rhythms, touches of chamamé, thick basslines and melodic textures. The set is conceived as a constant back-and-forth between tradition and club culture, with a band that modulates intensity across the pieces.

Between electronic sequences and acoustic pulses, La Yegros creates a danceable tension and straightforward choruses, with love as the guiding thread. A compact, organic and electric live show, designed for the stage.
