Steel Panther « Europe Twenty Twenty S€X Tour »

On 14 July 2026, Steel Panther will take the stage at the Garage in Saarbrücken as part of their Europe Twenty Twenty S€X Tour. The Los Angeles band has cultivated the glam and hair metal of the ’80s since the late ’90s, with a parodic outlook, explicit lyrics and a knack for big hooks. Frontman Michael Starr and guitarist Satchel drive the interplay of melodic riffs, two-part choruses and distinctive solos; bassist Spyder has been part of the lineup since 2021. On the setlist, early fan favorites like “Death to All But Metal” or “Community Property” sit alongside material from the more recent albums.

Since breaking through with Feel the Steel (2009), the quartet has carried its approach forward album by album: Balls Out (2011), All You Can Eat (2014), Lower the Bar (2017) and Heavy Metal Rules (2019) mark milestones, and On the Prowl (2023) keeps the mix of classic hard-rock sound and ironic pose alive. Live, Steel Panther favor a deliberately theatrical performance that references the codes of hair metal and subverts them with dry humor — direct, catchy and precisely played.
