Drug Church bring their jagged blend of hardcore, post-hardcore and guitar-driven alt rock to Klub 2progi in Poznań, Poland on 16 September 2026. Formed in Albany, the band led by Patrick Kindlon balances dense guitars, heavy grooves and straight-to-the-point hooks with a half-sung, half-spoken vocal delivery that leans into everyday frustrations and social static. From Paul Walker and Hit Your Head to the later Cheer and Hygiene on Pure Noise, they’ve sharpened the edges without losing bite, moving between grit and melody in a way that feels immediate and unadorned.
Liquid Mike opens with compact, melody-first songs shaped by power pop, pop punk and indie rock. Centered around songwriter Mike Maple and born in Marquette, Michigan, the group favors short, nervy cuts with a raw, DIY grain. After early releases, the self-titled record in 2023 pushed them beyond their local circuit, followed by Paul Bunyan’s Slingshot in 2024 and Hell Is an Airport in 2025, keeping the guitars bright and the choruses tight.
From Germany’s Rhin-Ruhr, Hippie Trim rounds out the bill with alternative rock that rubs post-punk tension against more airy, melodic lines. Cult (2019) set the tone, What Consumes Me (2022) broadened the writing, and the EP Morbid Orbit (2024) focused the sound: brisk riffs, clear structures, and lyrics rooted in the push and pull of adult life.
