Info
On 20 November 2026 at Paloma in Nîmes, Camille presents The Sound of Milk, a project conceived as a triptych in motion. Birth opens the journey as a sound diary without instruments, where the voice alone captures the vibrations of everyday life. Childhood is shaped like an intimate, acoustic musical, closest to the texts and harmonies. Adolescence, co-directed with Clément Ducol, shifts toward precise, contemporary pop. On stage, Camille explores the links between motherhood, creation and transmission, making the voice a living material that often replaces instruments, through polyphonies, body percussion and breath play. From raw organic textures to more open forms, she connects care for the living, joy as a resource in the face of crises, and a writing that blends lucidity and spirituality. Known for Le Fil, Music Hole, Ilo Veyou and Ouï, she continues here her vocal and rhythmic architectures in a coming-of-age narrative that spans the ages, from birth to adolescence, with a sensitive and direct staging.
