Teho

Based in Montpellier, Teho has been developing, since the early 2010s, a French electronic project that sits between melodic techno, progressive house and electronica. His writing relies on progressive structures, expansive pads, clear basslines and more organic elements, with piano and acoustic textures regularly used to soften the club impact without erasing it. Initially active in the EP and remix circuit, Teho gradually made live performance a central part of his path, gaining wider visibility after his Cercle session. He operates within the European melodic scene, showing affinities with artists such as Joachim Pastor, NTO, Stephan Bodzin and Einmusik, with whom he has crossed paths through occasional exchanges and collaborations. Associated with Labo T, a Montpellier-based collective and label, Teho produces music designed for the dancefloor while remaining attentive to harmonic nuances, in an immersive, rhythmic and precise register.
