Yot Club

Led by American musician Ryan Kaiser, Yot Club took shape in the late 2010s between Mississippi and Nashville, where he recorded songs alone at the intersection of indie pop, bedroom pop and a light rock with surf and new wave touches. Yot Club’s tracks rely on bright, slightly overdriven guitars, simple, repetitive rhythms and a recessed, softly treated voice that creates a melancholic yet direct atmosphere. Early releases circulated mainly online before “YKWIM?” reached a wider audience on streaming platforms and social networks, bringing new visibility to the project. Yot Club then released the album “off the grid” in 2022, which expands this aesthetic toward faster tempos and structures close to melodic post‑punk. On stage, Yot Club appears as a full band, delivering a more energetic take on songs that remain focused on everyday life, suburban boredom and the desire to escape.
