Sinsemilia

Sinsemilia is a French reggae band formed in Grenoble in 1990, which became one of the cornerstones of francophone reggae thanks to its political commitment, socially engaged lyrics and contagious live energy. Initially led by Tonton David and later by King Ju and ZAZI, the collective quickly established a distinctly popular style tinged with dub, roots and soul, with powerful choruses that audiences of all generations easily sing along to. Songs like “Tout le bonheur du monde” and “Respire” have become anthems about freedom, sharing and solidarity.
