Sebastien Leger
Born in France in 1979, Sébastien Léger emerged in the early 2000s with productions spanning house, tech house and electro house, before evolving his writing toward a more melodic, progressive and sometimes minimal house. His early maxi singles and remixes, played on the international club scene, established a style built on crisp grooves, supple basslines and melodic work that remains central to his tracks. In the mid-2000s he notably collaborated with Chris Lake during a period more directly aimed at the dancefloor. His album Atomic Pop, released in 2009, documents this phase where club energy intersects with more developed structures. Through his labels Mistakes Music and later Lost Miracle, Léger then accompanied a shift toward more organic, hypnotic formats, between deep house and melodic techno. In both DJ sets and live performances, Sébastien Léger remains associated with the house and techno circuits, in clubs and at festivals across Europe and internationally.
