Priscilla Betti

Born in Nice, Priscilla Betti established herself very early on in the French pop landscape under the first name Priscilla, with a broad-audience repertoire that marks the early 2000s. Discovered as a child on television, she launches her recording career with Cette vie nouvelle in 2002, then in the same year with Priscilla, followed by Une fille comme moi in 2004, in a register blending pop, French variety and adolescent refrains. Her career then evolves toward forms more pop-rock with Bric à brac in 2005, then Casse comme du verre in 2007. From the late 2000s, Priscilla Betti develops in parallel an acting activity, notably with the lead role in the TV series Chante! between 2008 and 2011, which extends her grounding in a musical and stage universe. She then adopts the stage name Priscilla Betti and progressively centers her activity on the stage, between television, musical shows and collective tours. Her return to recording takes shape with La vie sait in 2017, a French pop album with a more adult tone. Since then, Priscilla Betti has mainly worked in the field of live performance, with a central role in Flashdance the Musical between 2014 and 2016, then her participation in productions such as Les Comédies Musicales - Le Grand Show, where her journey between popular song, musical theatre and French television culture finds natural continuity.
