Pola & Bryson

Between East London, where Jack (aka Pola) comes from, and West Yorkshire, where Harry (aka Bryson) grew up, Pola & Bryson was formed from geographical and musical contrasts that still run through their writing. Active since the mid-2010s, the British duo works in a melodic drum and bass style close to liquid, producing tracks that combine crisp rhythms, supple basslines, atmospheric pads and a clear taste for soulful vocals and pop choruses. Pola & Bryson initially developed around Soulvent Records before joining Shogun Audio, where the duo released the album Beneath The Surface in 2021. Their trajectory alternates instrumental pieces, vocal tracks and remixes, in a format designed as much for attentive listening as for the club. Pola & Bryson have also carried out numerous collaborations with artists such as Emily Makis, Sub Focus, IYAMAH, Zitah and Gardna, positioning the project at the crossroads of the British drum and bass scene and a more song-oriented electronic music. Present in DJ sets across clubs, festivals and specialist radio, Pola & Bryson maintain a sonic identity focused on emotion, melodic clarity and highly readable production.
