Rozedale
Led by Amandyn Roses’s voice and Charlie Fabert’s guitar, Rozedale has established itself since 2016 as a French band rooted between rock, classic rock and blues rock. Formed as a quartet around a solid rhythm section notably featuring Nico Fageot on bass and Guillaume Pihet on drums, Rozedale builds a direct sound focused on the dialogue between vocals and guitar, with melodic songwriting that draws as much from Anglo‑Saxon rock as from European blues culture. The band’s career is structured around several studio albums, including Wide Awake and Anywhere Far Away, as well as a live album that captures the energy of their numerous concerts across a dozen European countries. On stage, Rozedale plays both clubs and festivals and has supported artists such as Ben Harper, Matthieu Chedid, Franz Ferdinand and Louis Bertignac, the latter appearing as a guest on the track “Burning.” The album Wide Awake drew the attention of the specialist press in Germany, where Rozedale made the cover of Bluesnews magazine, while Anywhere Far Away, produced with Rémi Gettliffe and partly written with Mike Andersen, Johnny Gallagher and Larry Telford, further emphasizes the band’s classic rock direction.
