NoApology

Formed around vocalist Daria Zaritskaya and guitarist Sergey Sershen, NoApology extends the path begun in 2014 with the Sershen & Zaritskaya channel, initially focused on rock and metal covers broadcast online. The project then takes the form of a four-member band, with bassist Alex Shturmak and drummer Przemek Nalazek, and shifts toward an original repertoire from 2022. NoApology evolves in a hard rock and melodic metal register, with direct writing, emphatic choruses and a contemporary production that preserves the energy of live acts. Daria Zaritskaya's voice, ample and clear, occupies a central place in tracks built around heavy guitars, tight rhythms and an accessible tension, between modern rock and heavy heritage. NoApology's first original single, Ashes, is released in 2022, marking a turning point after several years of visibility gained through covers. The band is linked to a transnational trajectory between Ukraine, from which its founding members come, and activity developed internationally via digital media, before affirming itself as a full-fledged formation under the name NoApology.
