Info
On April 10, 2027, Gus Dapperton brings his “4 Dear Life Tour” to Vancouver at the Hollywood Theatre, a chance to catch his indie pop in its most direct form: smooth hooks, slightly detached vocals, and arrangements where guitars and synths trade places without ever overcrowding the songs.
Since his early EPs Yellow and Such and You Think You’re a Comic!, he’s built a bedroom-pop language that feels intimate but sharply structured, then stretched it on albums like Where Polly People Go to Read. With Orca, the mood turned darker and more inward, while Henge pushed the sound toward something more conceptual and fully produced. Live, that evolution lands as a set that moves between bright choruses and quieter tension, carried by his knack for off-kilter romance and melodies that stick without trying too hard.
