Info
Charlotte Cardin will perform at Bürgerhaus Stollwerck in Cologne on 7 May 2027 with her 'Midnight, mon amour Tour.' The Montreal-born singer moves between pop, soul and jazz, with songs that work better at night than in daylight: pared-down, intimate, often carried by electronic details and a voice that leaves room for nuance. She first gained prominence on La Voix, after which she consistently focused on her own songwriting in English and French. From the early EPs Big Boy and Main Girl to the albums Phoenix and 99 Nights, this blend of modern pop aesthetics, R&B influences and chanson melancholy runs through her work. Live, it comes across as particularly direct: intimate lyrics about relationships, doubts and self-disclosure meet crisp arrangements that shift between piano moments and synthetic textures. An evening for anyone who prefers pop that is more personal than perfectly polished.
