Info
Sivert Høyem stands on the stage at Vega in Copenhagen on September 14, 2027, with the distinctive blend of dark alternative rock and slow ballads that has made him a prominent voice in Nordic music. Many know him as the frontman of Madrugada, where the tight, nocturnal sound and the post-punk heritage framed songs that could be raw and quiet at the same time. In his solo work he has broadened his expression toward a wider rock and folk field, with understated arrangements, Americana influence, and melodies that are allowed to breathe. His deep vocal remains at the center: calm, intense, and easy to recognize, whether a track leans toward indie rock or more singer-songwriter folk. The concert will be a meeting with an artist who can render the subdued heavy and the dark warm, without drowning out the details.
