Info
Archive hits the road again in 2027 and checks into Krakatoa in Mérignac on September 26, 2027. Thirty years after Londinium, the British collective led by Darius Keeler and Danny Griffiths returns with a lineup as fluid as ever, somewhere between trip-hop, atmospheric rock, electronic pop, and more progressive impulses.
On stage, the band is expected to mix its live-tailored classics with its latest material, notably those from Glass Minds and the fourteenth studio album Not in My Name. A record threaded by a more direct tension, nourished by the times and carried by an anti-war title, where Archive also rediscovers a taste for urban textures.
The arrival of Jimmy Collins as a permanent member reinforces this shift, with rap-inflected touches that reconnect the band's current sound with its early London roots. All this promises a dense concert, built on slow crescendos, ruptures, and that distinctive way of stretching tracks to the point of hypnosis.
