Nemzzz comes to Complex 457 in Zurich on October 25, 2026. The rapper from Manchester, born in 2004, represents a new UK wave that doesn’t rely on big swagger but on precise lines, a deliberately restrained flow, and beats that glide rather than push. Between UK hip-hop and melodic drill, he builds short tracks with cool melodies, minimalist hooks, and that nonchalance that sticks quickly. Since his early bursts of attention with 'Elevate' and '2MS', he has sharpened his sound piece by piece: less pure drill-front, more air in the arrangement, more focus on timing and mood. Through the EP Nemzzz Type Beat and the mixtapes Do Not Disturb as well as Rent’s Due, it’s become clear how consistently he pursues this aesthetic.
