On November 6, 2026, Somewhen lands at the Docks in Hamburg and brings his take on techno that not only pushes forward but also leaves room for atmosphere. Behind the name is the Berlin-based producer and DJ Szymon Rabowicz, who has gone from drums and piano to hip-hop beats and into electronic music—bringing studio craft as a sound engineer.
His sound thrives on contrasts: hypnotic surfaces, industrial tension, experimental textures, and suddenly these more frontal rave bursts that instantly put the room into high gear. Futurism and nostalgia are deliberately combined for him, without it feeling like a quotation: at times cool and metallic, at times warm and emotional, always in motion. In his sets Somewhen builds more of a journey than a sequence of tracks — dark, richly detailed and dynamic, with moments that slowly take hold and then crash out with full force.
