Fulci lands in Naples for a date that promises to be as heavy as it is cinematic, on October 4, 2026 at the Duel Club. Formed in Caserta, the band has carved out a niche in Italian death metal by drawing directly from Transalpine horror cinema, to the point of borrowing its name from director Lucio Fulci. On stage, their formula takes on its full dimension: tight riffs, tempos that swing without warning, thick atmospheres and interludes that play like scenes between two bursts of violence.
Since Opening the Hell Gates, Fulci has refined a sound anchored in 1990s death metal while shaping storytelling and atmosphere, from Tropical Sun to Exhumed Information. Duck Face Killings extends this approach with denser writing, more menacing passages, and an intentional use of samples. A performance conceived as a gore-filled narrative, balancing bluntness and tension.
