T!Lt: L'Antidote

Bijan Chemirani, a percussionist born in Iran, learned the art of the zarb from his father, Djamchid Chemirani, and from his brother, Keyvan. His career began at a very young age, performing in concerts and recording with internationally renowned musicians such as Ross Daly, Dariush Talai, Ballaké Sissoko, Jean-Guihen Queyras, Sylvain Luc, Sting, Socrates Sinopoulos, Serge Teyssot-Gay, Renaud Garcia Fons, and many others. At only twenty-two, he recorded his first album, Gulistan, Jardin des Roses, between Athens and Marseille, in collaboration with Ross Daly.

Of Lebanese origin, Rami Khalifé was born in Beirut during the years of the civil war. Although he is best known for his reinterpretations of classical music, he has performed as a soloist with orchestras such as the Globalis Orchestra, the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra and the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. Rami established himself as a 21st-century composer, also distinguishing himself for the film and documentary soundtracks he has written.

Cellist and Albanian composer Redi Hasa was born into a family of artists and began studying the cello at the age of seven. His first solo album, The Stolen Cello, represents an intimate engagement with the instrument, from which a deep bond emerges in every piece. The second record, My Nirvana, is a journey of discovery and introspection into the “grunge heart” of his musical universe, a tribute to a band that deeply marked him. Throughout his career he has collaborated with Kočani Orkestar, Boban Marković, Bobby McFerrin, Paolo Fresu and, since 2012, has been part of Ludovico Einaudi's band.
