The San Diego trio bring together singer Dawson Daugherty, bassist Luke Fabry, and guitarist Cole Clisby around an indie-pop sound that nods to California beach and skate culture without leaning on clichés. After making noise online and on local stages at the end of the 2010s, the band sharpened their style through the EPs don’t say you’re ordinary (2020) and til the end of time (2021), balancing surf-tinted ease with funk touches and a pop structure built for the room.
