Elissa returns to Paris for a concert at L’Olympia on May 23, 2027. A leading figure of romantic Arabic pop since the 1990s, the Lebanese singer (Elissar Zakaria Khoury) has established herself with a writing deeply oriented toward ballads, melodic refrains and contemporary pop arrangements, blending Oriental variety and raw emotion.
Discovered in Lebanon on Studio El Fan, she quickly followed with albums and tracks that have cemented her presence on the Middle East stage, from Baddy Doub to W’akherta Maak, then Ayshalak, before a string of landmark Rotana releases (Ahla Dounya, Bastanak, Ayami Bik, Tesada’a Bemeen, Halet Hob…). In recent years she has pursued this sensitive and direct line with Saharna Ya Leil, Ila Kol Elli Bihebbouni, Sahbit Raey, and more recently Ana Sekketen.
On the L’Olympia stage, Elissa is set to deliver a set spanning classics and newer songs, in a format tailored for the voices and stories we sing without hesitation.
