WHIPPED CREAM lands at The Mod Club in Toronto on October 25, 2026. Toronto-born and Nanaimo-raised, producer and DJ Caroline Cecil blends trap, hip-hop and dark, low-slung bass into sets built on tight percussion, weighty subs and sudden melodic turns. Her sound moves from sparse, neck-snap rhythms to dense, cinematic swells, keeping a gritty pulse while letting vocal hooks cut through.

Since a first single in 2014 and the Law of Attraction EP in 2015, she’s sharpened her profile with Nest HQ support, the Mirrors EP with Hekler and the solo Persistence in 2017. Releases on Big Beat, Deadbeats and Mad Decent followed, along with appearances at Ultra, Lollapalooza, EDC and Bonnaroo. In 2020 she delivered Who Is Whipped Cream? on Big Beat/Atlantic with Jasiah, Lil Keed and Finn Askew, and placed So Thick on the Birds of Prey soundtrack. Recent EPs Someone You Can Count On (2023) and Is This Real? (2024) on Monstercat push that line further.

On stage, expect hip-hop tempos, trap drops and pressure-building breakdowns, shifting the room from chesty bass to cleaner, hook-led moments, cut with quick edits and decisive transitions.
