Rikas land in Bristol on 30 October 2026 at Strange Brew. The Stuttgart quartet have spent the past decade shaping an indie pop that folds in soul, funk and surf shades, built on shared lead vocals, tight harmonies and melodic hooks. Four childhood friends, they keep things egalitarian on stage: everyone writes, everyone sings, everyone plays, which gives their shows a vocal-forward energy rooted in the group dynamic.

On stage, bright guitars, supple basslines and crisp rhythms frame songs that travel through their timeline: the early Swabian Samba EP and debut album Showtime, the more narrative Short Stories and Goodbye Sunshine, and their 2025 follow-up, Soundtrack For A Movie That Has Not Been Written Yet. Live, Rikas move with ease between breezy pop and retro-tinged grooves, stacking voices, trading parts and leaning into tight interplay rather than solo heroics.

For this Bristol date at Strange Brew, they bring a set that reaches across their catalogue and highlights the collective chemistry that’s become their signature. Special guests join for the evening.
