Info
Os Garotin are a Brazilian trio formed by Léo Guima, Anchietx and Cupertino, threading MPB, soul, R&B and pop through a contemporary lens. Built on warm textures, close vocal harmonies and a supple groove, their songwriting nods to the lineage of Brazilian black music while embracing modern production and a clear melodic focus.
Their debut album, Os Garotin de São Gonçalo, earned a Latin Grammy for Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album and a nomination for Best New Artist. Tracks like Calor do Momento and Zero a Cem spread quickly online, widening the project’s audience beyond Brazil. Following appearances at major festivals including Rock in Rio Brazil, the trio launch their first European tour and bring it to London: Os Garotin play Islington Assembly Hall on 19 September 2026. On stage, they move with ease from velvety soul to pop‑leaning R&B, with tight harmonies and arrangements shaped for a live setting.
