On 8 August 2026 the Choke Street Parade Afterparty moves to EXIL in Zurich. Five acts bring the parade's energy into the club, spanning a range from heavy techno to dark industrial shades.
Len Faki, a long‑standing Berghain regular, represents a functional, sharply defined techno language: hard, straight grooves, hypnotic sequences, subtle acid and house hues, always with a sense of progression and dynamics. As head of the Figure label and with releases on Ostgut Ton, he shapes the floor sound with a precise hand.
Phase Fatale, the alias of New Yorker Hayden Payne now based in Berlin, blends techno with industrial, EBM and post‑punk echoes. His tracks and sets work with cool atmospheres, linear pressure and deep frequencies — a style he also sharpens through his label BITE.
From Milan comes Alarico, whose pared‑back, percussive approach favors fast grooves and crisp edges. As operator of Katana Records he stands for maximum precision and immediate impact in the mix.
Amoral from Amsterdam, a resident at Eerste Communie, brings groove‑heavy, driving techno in fluid transitions — dense, focused and club‑ready.
Local support comes from S.O.V., who set the night's tone with a direct, high‑energy sound. Together they form a thread of clear rhythms and raw tension — just right for after mode.
