Gavin DeGraw

Gavin DeGraw plays O2 Ritz Manchester on 5 October 2026. Raised in South Fallsburg, New York, the singer-songwriter carved a piano-led blend of pop rock and soul, with hints of folk, soft rock and, more recently, Americana. First heard on the New York club circuit, he laid the groundwork with Chariot (2003) and broke wider with I Don’t Want to Be, later chosen as the One Tree Hill theme. Albums like Gavin DeGraw (2008), Free (2009) and Sweeter (2011) nudged him toward a more radio-ready polish without losing the grain in his voice. Make a Move (2013) and the duet We Both Know with Colbie Caillat, nominated for a Grammy, broadened his writing palette, followed by Something Worth Saving (2016) and Face the River (2022), both leaning into a more stripped-back, voice-and-piano core.
