VNV Nation brings its futurepop pulse to The Garage, Glasgow, on 1 February 2027. Founded in early‑90s London and led by Irish vocalist‑producer Ronan Harris, the project blends EBM propulsion, melodic synthpop and industrial textures into a sound that’s both immediate and precise. On stage, that mix becomes focused songs with clear vocal lines and driving rhythms shaped for the alternative dancefloor.

The set draws across the catalogue: from Advance and Follow and Praise the Fallen to Empires and Futureperfect, through Automatic and Transnational, the orchestral detour Resonance, and the later chapters Noire and Electric Sun. Themes of futurism, technology, spirituality and existential doubt run through the lyrics, giving the show a reflective undercurrent without losing momentum.

Rooted in the goth and electro scenes yet open to wider pop sensibilities, VNV Nation keeps it direct and physical, balancing big, sing‑along moments with punchy beats and sleek synth work. A live format built for movement, delivered with the control and intensity that have defined the project since its beginnings.
