Info

On July 31, 2026, Eagle-Eye Cherry plays Bjerreds Station in Bjärred, Sweden. The Swedish singer-songwriter grew up between Stockholm and New York, son of jazz trumpeter Don Cherry and artist Moki Cherry. First drawn to acting, he shifted to songwriting and found his voice in acoustic-leaning pop rock with a taste for alternative textures and a light post‑grunge edge. He broke through in the late 90s with the album Desireless and the single Save Tonight, then followed with Living in the Present Future and Sub Rosa, sharpening a direct, melody-forward writing style built on clear guitar lines and an unadorned delivery.

Along the way, he collaborated with Santana on Wishing It Was and teamed up with his half-sister Neneh Cherry on Long Way Around. After a pause from recording, he returned with Can’t Get Enough in 2012, Streets of You in 2018 and Back on Track in 2023, staying true to a blend of mellow rock, adult pop and introspective lyrics. On stage, his sets weave 90s staples with newer tracks, carried by warm guitars, steady grooves and a focus on the song itself.
