Major League Djz presents « Echoes of Tomorrow »

Major League DJz touch down in Ibiza with Echoes of Tomorrow, the new live chapter from Johannesburg twins Bandile and Banele Mbere. On 7 August 2026 at Chinois Ibiza, they drive a set where amapiano meets Afro house and deep electronic textures, folding supple basslines, rolling percussion and patient builds into a sound tailored for the island without losing its roots.

Shaped by the South African scenes that launched them — from early hip-hop and new age kwaito to their Balcony Mix Africa and Piano City projects — the duo now stretch that DNA toward global dancefloors. Echoes of Tomorrow captures this shift: 3-step rhythms, warm low end, hypnotic motifs and drum work that carry the pulse of home while looking ahead.

At the center sits the Mask of Africa, their visual anchor and a rallying point on the dancefloor. Around it, Major League DJz curate guests from across the international electronic scene, opening space for dialogues between amapiano, Afro house and other contemporary currents from the continent. From Johannesburg craft to Balearic night, they keep tension rising and the groove grounded, turning Chinois Ibiza into a journey where culture and future meet.
