Magic System

Magic System arrives at the Zénith Orléans, in Orléans, on February 27, 2027, for a stop on their 30th-anniversary tour. Born in the Anoumabo neighborhood of Abidjan, the quartet—A’Salfo, Manadja, Goudé and Tino—has carried zouglou far beyond the Ivory Coast, with its collective chants, direct refrains and rhythms made for dancing. Over three decades, between Côte d’Ivoire, France and international stages, the group has evolved its sound toward an African pop infused with afro-dance, urban music and coupé-décalé accents, while remaining rooted in the zouglou tradition. More than five million albums sold, over a billion views and songs etched in listeners’ memories sum up a distinctly popular trajectory.

On stage, Magic System revisits its classics and weaves recent tracks into a set designed for live performance: Premier Gaou, Bouger bouger, Magic in the Air and other standout songs follow one another amid percussion, warm basslines and call-and-response choruses that invite the audience to join in. It’s a celebration of thirty years of unifying hooks and danceable pulses, propelled by the collective’s energy.
