Wedjs pres. Dimitri Vegas

WEDJS welcomes Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike on July 30, 2026 at Opium Barcelona. The Belgian duo, formed by brothers Dimitri and Michael Thivaios, grew up in Willebroek in a family of Greek origin and developed a sound that sits between big room house, electro house and progressive — an EDM crafted for large stages. In the early 2010s they became closely associated with Tomorrowland and produced several of the festival’s anthems, such as “Tomorrow (Give Into the Night)” with Dada Life and Tara McDonald. Behind the decks, their approach combines simple, effective arrangements, extended build-ups and very prominent choruses, alternating DJ mixing with on-mic interventions.

With a constant presence on the international circuit, they have linked up on collaborations like “Mammoth” with Moguai and “Tremor” with Martin Garrix, and have opened their repertoire to more melodic cuts and pop-leaning touches without losing the club pulse. In Barcelona, the duo will bring that direct, festival-oriented approach: builds, drops and sing-along tracks, all tailored to the Opium Barcelona space and the WEDJS format.
