Info
La Compagnie Créole celebrates its 50th anniversary with a tour that puts dancing back at the center. On January 24, 2027, at Le Minotaure in Vendôme, the group reunites with its audience for a show driven by the Caribbean voices and rhythms that shaped its identity. Ambassadors of the Antilles from the start, they blend biguine, cadence and soca into a collective aesthetic where the vocals answer the percussion and the dancing guitars. Around Clémence, Joanna, Charlie and Julien, the ensemble delivers a simple, contagious energy designed to get the room moving.
On the bill are the songs that have endured across decades and established La Compagnie Créole in the Francophone landscape: Vive le douanier Rousseau, C’est bon pour le moral, Le Bal masqué, Ça fait rire les oiseaux, Ma première biguine-partie. The stage remains their preferred playground: chorused refrains, dance steps, a carnival spirit—all presented in a direct, festive format. An evening to sing, dance and revisit a repertoire that has become familiar.
