On July 5, 2026, at the Salle du Radassier – Maison de Maître of the Domaine de Fontblanche in Vitrolles, the evening presents the trio formed by Yom with Théo and Valentin Ceccaldi, followed by Tunisian singer and oud player Dhafer Youssef.
In the opening slot, Yom brings together this trio with the Ceccaldi brothers for the first time. With Le rythme du silence, they establish a music in which breath and vibration become language, between inhabited silences, precise tensions and almost incantatory surges. The project draws on jazz, Eastern music and repertoires imbued with the sacred, producing a musical writing that plays on attentive listening, nuance and collective breathing, allowing melodic lines that are at once clear and fleeting to emerge.
Dhafer Youssef takes over with Shiraz, a new project dedicated to his wife, filmmaker Shiraz Fradi. A singer and master of the oud, he blends Sufi traditions, Arabic music and contemporary influences, supported by an ensemble from a new generation of musicians. Themes of love, gratitude and resilience structure this repertoire, ranging from meditative pieces to more rhythmically driven dynamics, with a voice of recognisable timbre and oud playing that serves the balance between composition and improvisation.
