Info

’68 strip rock down to a guitar-and-drums face-off and push it into rough corners where noise rock, punk blues and post-hardcore meet. Formed in Atlanta in 2013, the duo of singer-guitarist Josh Scogin (ex-Norma Jean, The Chariot) and drummer Nikko Yamada plays with rupture and rebound: improvised detours, feedback bursts, jagged blues riffs and a voice that scrapes the mix. Their path runs from the Midnight EP (2013) to In Humor and Sadness (2014), Two Parts Viper (2017), the Love Is Ain’t Dead EP (2020) and Give One Take One (2021), always with a raw, direct sound.

For the Farewell Tour, ’68 land on May 26, 2026 at Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto. On stage, their language stays physical and instinctive: dynamics flip fast, grooves loosen, silences cut hard, then everything collides again. The set circles through their catalog and leaves space for the moment, reshaping songs with on-the-spot moves and a stripped intensity driven by the constant dialogue between guitar and drums.
