The Miami-raised singer-songwriter of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent has carved out her place in the R&B spectrum: slowed grooves, minimalist productions and a velvet-soft voice that remains intimate, with lyrics about intimacy, longing and vulnerability. What began with online releases progressed through the debut EP Confidently Lost and the mixtape About Time to the albums No Rain, No Flowers and Truth Is, and later Based on a Feeling.
